Snorkeling
Snorkeling is accessible from the beach and trips can be organised to outer nearby reefs most days. Masks, fins and snorkels are available for hire at Walindi dive resort.  Scuba- diving can also be organized for guests and may also done in conjunction with Walindi.  Please contact us for further information.

 

Kayaks and Canoes

Kayaks and canoes are available for guest use on a daily basis . Take a paddle around the area and enjoy the sight-seeiing with no engine noise.

 

Volley ball

Beach volley ball is a great way to unwind while staying dry.

Kite/Wind Surfing

Bring your own kite  or wind-surfer and let the afternoon trade winds of the Toberua passage fly you through the warm clear waters. The passage is accessible by short boat ride from the shores of the resort and is deep enough for both high and low tide kiting.

 

Sailing and stand-up paddle boards
Bodyboards and stand-up paddle boards soon to be available for your use.

 

Night Diving

Guided trips under the surrounding waters of Uluai. Trips will be led by an experienced guide.

 

Turtle watching tours

Visiting a nearby island that is well known for turtles laying their eggs.  Sightings of up to 30 green turtles have been seen at one time, usually in the evening.  Turtles also lay their eggs at Uluai Island at least twice a year.
